At iCodde, we are looking for a Sales Coordinator – Luxury Brand who will manage the day-to-day operations of all corporate retail stores and wholesale POS, while also providing support to the Retail and Wholesale Manager.
Responsibilities
Retail billing with the Luxury department store chain in Mexico report
Sending orders to each corporate boutiques and wholesale POS according to the analysis of what they need
Reptool analysis & product purchase confirmation to HQ
Registration of new products in the different systems (SAP, PH, CEGID), based on specific templates
Daily business from A to Z and close collaboration with Retail Team and involved departments (finance, IT, logistics)
Information and communication in the shops, 1st contact for all POS
Diverse correspondence and general administration (order, control of material, etc.)
Assistance at Events - Keep healthy inventory levels preventing loss of sales and overstocks.
Assure optimal stock level, control and monitor orders, deliveries, sales, bestseller, etc.
Inventories: control, active participation, optimize process
Create reports, sales statistics, bestseller, etc. to use on a daily business with the objective to improve sell out
Preparation and data entry for editing lists of sales figures (Cegid)
Elaborate and implement action plans, retail activities for each store in close collaboration with Retail Manager
Estimates of upcoming collections
Disposition in all company retail business in case of special events or launches
Assistance with new store opening/closing
Guarantee daily auto-replenishment process for all retail & wholesale POS
Manage and update core collections for all retail & wholesale POS
Continuous contact with wholesale POS to manage orders and order proposals
Strong collaboration with Retail & Wholesale Manager to manage needs for all retail & wholesale POS
Manage and update Store Locator
Manage POS details in RMIS
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Operational Challenges:
Differences in billing and inventory.
Reports that must be received on time but are not sent by boutiques.
Lack of communication between CEGID and SAP.
Experience & Knowledge:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, sales administration, and inventory maintenance.
Excellent knowledge of SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with the local watch industry or a similar sector.
Fluent in English (mandatory).
