Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The Sales & Category Insights Coordinator will be responsible for defining plans based on insights for the Central and Valley of Mexico and Southeast regions, including the development of planograms and client alignment. The role requires creating and managing projects, overseeing business reviews, and analyzing market trends. The individual will be required to visit other states and communities, maintain standards, and contribute to Category Management and Leadership activities.

Your Impact

As Sales & Category Insights Coordinator – CatMan your responsibilities would consist of:

  • Develop Annual Strategy (Perfect Store): Define Portfolio and Planogram Strategy, ensuring alignment across Region, Division, and State.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to track innovation, volume forecasts, identify portfolio white spaces, create detailed plans for SOM opportunities, and monitor competitor activations.
  • Activation of Maintenance Matrix (Market, Portfolio, and Abasto).
  • Specialization in Biscuits and Salty Snacks (Rol Champ).

Qualifications

¿Who Are We Looking For?

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year in Category Management (CatMan) with a strong understanding of sales insights and analytics.
  • Expertise in data analytics, shopper insights and decision-making based on databases.

Languages:

  • English: Intermediate-advanced or conversational fluency (required).

Hard Skills:

  • Excel (advanced).
  • Nielsen (intermediate level - required).
  • PowerBI.
  • Access.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and analytical abilities.

Nice to have:

  • Strong presentation effectiveness.
