Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Analytics & Automation Expert with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Tableau, along with experience in sales operations analytics and business process automation. This role will focus on analyzing business data, streamlining workflows, and implementing automation solutions to improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will leverage Power BI, Tableau, Power Apps, Power Automate, and data integration tools to provide data-driven insights and enhance decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analytics & Insights: Develop dynamic dashboards and reports in Power BI and Tableau, delivering key business insights to sales operations and leadership teams.
• Automation & Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in business processes and implement automated solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and other workflow tools.
• SQL & Data Queries: Write SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data from various sources to support reporting and automation efforts.
• Business Intelligence Strategy: Partner with Sales Operations, Business Leaders, and IT teams to create scalable analytics solutions that drive performance improvements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Enablement: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable insights and automation solutions.
• Training & Adoption: Educate end-users on data visualization best practices, automation capabilities, and analytics tools to enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Governance & Best Practices: Maintain compliance with security, governance, and data integrity best practices in all automation and analytics solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3+ years in analytics and automation, ideally within sales operations or business intelligence.
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SQL for data visualization, automation, and process improvement.
• Data Analytics & Reporting: Expertise in data storytelling, interpreting business trends, and creating actionable insights through dashboards and reports.
• Project Management: Ability to manage analytics and automation projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
• Problem-Solving & Innovation: Passion for leveraging technology to optimize business processes and enhance decision-making.
• Communication & Training: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand insights for business users.
• Nice to Have: Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Agents, AI Builder, Dynamics 365, or Salesforce platforms is a plus.
