The Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth processes throughout the sales cycle. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage customer relationships to maintain strong and positive connections.
Handle customer visits and audits efficiently and professionally.
Track accounts receivable (AR) payments to ensure timely collections.
Oversee pricing and purchase order (PO) management.
Manage cost recovery processes to ensure financial efficiency.
Coordinate tooling management to meet production needs.
Assist in creating and managing the sales budget.
Support sales forecasting with accurate data and insights.
Implement and provide quotes for ECR (Engineering Change Request) commercial needs.
Address and resolve delivery issues, quality concerns, and customer claims promptly.
Manage contracts and pricing to ensure consistency and compliance.
Provide support for new project quoting and ensure alignment with sales goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Conversational English skills.
Strong sales negotiation skills to facilitate agreements.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and customers.
