The Opportunity:

We are looking for an RPA Developer fully focused on technical automation for Supply Chain Planning. This role is key to streamlining processes, reducing manual workload, and improving efficiency across our global planning teams.

Your Impact:

As a RPA Developer, you will:

1. Analyze and identify automation opportunities, collaborating with planning teams across different sectors, and Europe.
2. Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
3. Test and validate automated processes to ensure performance, reliability, and accuracy.
4. Monitor and maintain bots to adapt to evolving business needs and ensure continuous improvement.
5. Document solutions and train users, enabling smooth adoption and long-term sustainability.
6. Support and improve existing automations, solving issues and enhancing performance.
7. Develop reports, dashboards, and tools to support decision-making using Excel, Macros, Power BI, Power Apps, Python, and other technologies.
8. Provide server and process monitoring support for automation environments.

Who Are We Looking For?

1. Fluent English and strong communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
2. 2–4 years of experience designing and implementing RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath or Power Automate.
3. Proficiency in Python for automation and data manipulation.
4. Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.
5. Knowledge of Power Apps for building business applications.
6. Experience working with large datasets and writing SQL queries on relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata).
7. Familiarity with cloud-based environments or server maintenance for deployed bots.
