Exciting Opportunity: Route Planner Analyst in Mexico City to support the PepsiCo team in the U.S.

We’re looking for a Commercial Routing Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a key role in optimizing route engineering solutions across Latin America. If you love working with data, solving complex problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

As a Commercial Routing Analyst, you will:

1. Design and optimize route engineering solutions using Territory Manager based on requests from Business Units.
2. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Route Design Managers (RDMs), Service Request (SR) Coordinators, and Project Managers, to refine and implement solutions.
3. Analyze field performance and adjust routing strategies to improve efficiency.
4. Track and report key performance metrics, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet business goals.
5. Support process improvements to enhance strategic routing and operational efficiency.
6. Work alongside a team of experts to share knowledge and develop best practices.

What You Bring?

️ Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree with experience in data analysis, logistics, supply chain, or operations-focused roles.

️ Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English (professional level required).

️ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools.

️ Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.

️ Business Acumen: Understanding of key business drivers and operational efficiency principles.

️ Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
