Your main responsibilities will include:

• Courteously and efficiently interacting with guests to ensure their satisfaction with the room service experience, in accordance with all Company standards, procedures, and policies.
• Having complete knowledge of all food and beverage menu items including their preparation, ingredients, cooking methods, portions, and prices.
• Understanding the responsibilities of all service employees, including but not limited to the Room Service food servers, bus persons, and runners.
• Being responsible for the register bank and all money, charges, and comps collected during a shift.
