Estamos buscando representantes de servicio al cliente bilingües para respaldar el servicio al cliente entrante, el servicio de asistencia técnica y el procesamiento de oficina para posiciones de apoyo comercial y del sector público. En este rol, manejarás llamadas entrantes, resolverás problemas técnicos básicos, establecerás relaciones sólidas con los clientes, investigarás para identificar necesidades y reconocerás oportunidades para promocionar nuevos productos y servicios. Los candidatos deben ser solucionadores de problemas naturales que se esfuercen continuamente por proporcionar un excelente servicio al cliente y una satisfacción extraordinaria al cliente.

Esta es una posición de nivel de entrada que ofrece capacitación remunerada en el trabajo. Si bien no se requiere experiencia previa en centros de contacto, la experiencia en servicio al cliente, soporte técnico, ventas internas o soporte de oficina es una ventaja.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Manejar llamadas entrantes de clientes de manera cortés, oportuna y profesional - incluyendo correo electrónico y chat en vivo.
  • Escuchar a los clientes, entender sus necesidades y resolver sus problemas.
  • Escalar los problemas de los clientes al personal y la gerencia apropiados para su resolución según sea necesario.
  • Asegurar la resolución en la primera llamada mediante la resolución de problemas y el manejo efectivo de las llamadas.
  • Seguir los procesos del programa del Cliente y realizar todas las tareas de manera cortés y profesional.
  • Utilizar la base de conocimientos y la capacitación para responder con precisión a las preguntas de los clientes.
  • Crear y mantener registros de CRM de clientes con detalles precisos de las llamadas.
  • Documentar con precisión la resolución de las llamadas en los sistemas apropiados.
  • Seguir estrictamente el proceso del cliente para manejar problemas e inquietudes financieras.
  • Cumplir con los requisitos relacionados con la información confidencial y personal.
  • Seguir todos los guiones, políticas y procedimientos requeridos.
  • Adherirse a todos los requisitos de asistencia y horarios de trabajo, incluida toda la capacitación programada.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
