Job Title: Remote Recruiting Account Executive (100% Work From Home)

Compensation & Perks

Base Salary: $1,500 USD per month
Uncapped Commissions: $50 USD per closed placement deal
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CDT

About the Role

As a Recruiting Account Executive, you’ll be the go-to person for businesses looking to tap into Latin American talent. Your role is all about consultative sales—understanding client hiring needs, guiding them through the recruitment process, and helping them make informed hiring decisions. You’ll play a key role in closing deals, building long-term relationships, and expanding our client base.

What You’ll Do

Consultative Sales & Client Qualification

  • Conduct discovery calls with potential clients to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
  • Advise clients on ideal roles, competitive salary expectations, and best hiring practices for Latin American talent.
  • Confidently present HireLATAM’s recruitment solutions and value proposition.

Sales Process Management

  • Guide clients through the recruitment process—from initial inquiry to signing service agreements.
  • Secure job description approvals and successfully close deals.
  • Maintain and nurture a pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent follow-ups and engagement.

Collaboration & Relationship Building

  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and brand advocates.
  • Represent HireLATAM professionally in video calls and client interactions.

Strategic Growth & Sales Performance

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand HireLATAM’s client network.
  • Track and report sales metrics, continuously optimizing for better results.

What We’re Looking For

Relevant Experience: Minimum of 2 years in B2B sales, project management, or account management, preferably working with US-based businesses.
Consultative Skills: Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Strong Communicator: Fluent in English (spoken & written) with excellent presentation skills.
Results-Driven: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Highly Organized: Strong time management and attention to detail.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection.
Self-Motivated: Proactive, persuasive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
