Base Salary: $1,500 USD per month
Uncapped Commissions: $50 USD per closed placement deal
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CDT

As a Recruiting Account Executive, you’ll be the go-to person for businesses looking to tap into Latin American talent. Your role is all about consultative sales—understanding client hiring needs, guiding them through the recruitment process, and helping them make informed hiring decisions. You’ll play a key role in closing deals, building long-term relationships, and expanding our client base.

Relevant Experience: Minimum of 2 years in B2B sales, project management, or account management, preferably working with US-based businesses.
Consultative Skills: Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Strong Communicator: Fluent in English (spoken & written) with excellent presentation skills.
Results-Driven: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Highly Organized: Strong time management and attention to detail.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection.
Self-Motivated: Proactive, persuasive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
