Job Title: Remote E-Commerce Marketing Specialist (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $2500 USD monthly

About Our Client: They are an E-Commerce company based in Irvine, California, founded in 2022. With a direct-to-consumer and B2B focus on Amazon, Shopify, and other marketplaces, they specialize in the industrial supply industry. Currently, their team consists of 10 employees on the US wholesale side. As they expand their operations, they're seeking to hire their first member on the E-Commerce side. Their work culture thrives on hard work, embracing a startup atmosphere where everyone wears multiple hats and prioritizes quality above all else. Job Overview: The Remote E-Commerce Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in overseeing their online marketing operations. From directing SEO and content specialists to collaborating with graphic and UX designers, this role is crucial for maintaining their brand image, positioning, and online presence. Reporting directly to the Director of E-Commerce, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the profitability and financial reporting of their Shopify Channel, along with all related KPIs. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and grammar are essential for creating compelling content and delivering integrated digital marketing campaigns. Additionally, staying updated with e-commerce trends and leveraging innovative multimedia strategies are key aspects of this role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee online marketing operations, including SEO, content creation, and user experience optimization.
  2. Direct graphic and UX designers to ensure consistent brand image and messaging across all platforms.
  3. Collaborate with the social media manager on influencer campaigns and affiliate marketing initiatives.
  4. Report to the Director of E-Commerce and coordinate with project managers to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  5. Develop, publish, and deliver reports on integrated digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  6. Stay updated with e-commerce trends and leverage innovative multimedia strategies to drive engagement and sales.

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  2. Proficiency in Shopify platform management, email marketing, conversion rate optimization, and paid traffic channels (Google, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
  3. Strong English communication skills (both written and oral), with exceptional grammar and attention to detail.
  4. Familiarity with US culture and experience working with US-based companies.
  5. Expertise in data analysis using tools like Excel and Google Analytics, with proven competency in numbers.
  6. Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to think critically and solve problems creatively.
  7. Experience with content creation software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  8. Familiarity with marketing automation software like HubSpot, Klaviyo, and Sendlane.
  9. Up-to-date with e-commerce trends and AI marketing tools.
  10. Availability to work in the US time zone, ideally Pacific Time, and commitment to this role as the primary job.

Benefits:

  1. Salary: $2500/month
  2. Paid holidays
  3. 1 week of paid time off (PTO) in the first year, increasing to 2 weeks beyond the first year.
  4. Flexible lunch break period, although the work is largely autonomous.
  5. Payment methods include PayPal, Payoneer, or bank wire transfers.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, in any US time zone, ideally Pacific Time.
