Remote Customer Service Agent

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in the healthcare industry. We are looking for individuals who can start immediately. As a CSR, you'll provide exceptional service to our members, resolving inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with our healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our service inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Coordination for Medicare members.
• Ensure patients are picked up and dropped off in a timely manner.
• Scheduling trips.
• Confirming eligibility for health plan members when needed.
• Giving active trip updates.
• Changing or canceling current reservations.
• Answering general customer service questions and transferring to the appropriate department when required.
• Confirming trip details for future trips.
• Maintaining privacy under HIPAA guidelines.
• Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
• Updating job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in healthcare and/or transportation logistics highly preferred.
