Reliability/FA Engineer 2

Skyworks is looking for a Reliability Engineer to perform qualifications and qualification readiness on New Product, Package, and Process Qualifications. This includes performing electrical testing, High Temperature Operating Life jobs running in Burn-In ovens, Temperature and moisture stress tests running in temperature, humidity, and HAST chambers.

The Reliability Lab Engineer’s primary responsibilities are supporting Product, Package, and Process Qualifications performed in the Mexicali Product Reliability Lab.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Configuration of HTOL boards and ovens.
• Modification of HTOL systems.
• Configuration of HAST boards.
• Attend planning meetings as needed to prepare and report on qualification status of new product, package, and process qualifications.
• Update Manager/Supervisor of qualification readiness.
• Work with Reliability Managers and Engineers to evaluate and execute the HTOL conditions.
• Develop and install SPI and MIPI programs for RF HTOL driver boards.
• Develop and install configuration files for the Mega HTOL systems.
• Work with Reliability managers and engineers to troubleshoot Life Test Module (LTM) designs for qualification.
• Provide HTOL technical support for all RF HTOL setups in the reliability lab.
• Provide HTOL technical support for all DC HTOL setups in the reliability lab.
• Provide HTOL technical support for all HAST setups in the reliability lab.
• Provide troubleshooting support for technicians for all qualification stress tests.
• Provide support for package stress tests including creating reflow profiles and temperature cycle profiles.
• Provide ATE support for technicians including setup.

Job Requirements:
• BS in Electrical, Electronic, Physics, Mechatronic engineering or similar.
• Excellent written communication skills and organizational skills are essential.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel is required.
• Experience with burn-in, temperature cycle, and other environmental testing is a plus.
• Experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing facility is a plus.
• Knowledge of RF bench test is a plus.
• Knowledge of ATE test platforms is a plus.
