The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving sales efforts with a focus on selling products and solutions to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). This position involves cultivating relationships with key clients and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, leadership skills, experience with OEM sales, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the region.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track regional sales performance against targets, analyze results, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet or exceed goals.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and market potential.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the regional sales budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve maximum sales output.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on sales campaigns and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • 2+ years in a management or leadership role
  • Experience selling to OEMs
  • Bilingual – English / Spanish
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
