Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with long-term business needs.
- Oversee labor relations, including union negotiations and compliance with local labor laws.
- Partner with business leaders to foster a positive work environment and improve employee engagement.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and performance management programs to maintain internal pay equity.
- Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to build a strong workforce.
- Ensure clear and effective communication with employees, leadership, unions, and government entities.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in industrial psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
- Postgraduate/Master's degree studies are preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in an HR management position.
- Extensive experience in all Human Resources areas.
- Organizational Development.
- Labor relations.
- Compensation & Benefits.
- Knowledge of the Shingo Method applied to HR processes.
It’s a MUST: to have worked in a Directive role previously and must live or relocate to Mexicali, México.
Knowledge
- Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law.
- Knowledge of IMSS.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
