Job Description

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with long-term business needs.
• Oversee labor relations, including union negotiations and compliance with local labor laws.
• Partner with business leaders to foster a positive work environment and improve employee engagement.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and performance management programs to maintain internal pay equity.
• Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to build a strong workforce.
• Ensure clear and effective communication with employees, leadership, unions, and government entities.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in industrial psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
• Postgraduate/Master's degree studies are preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in an HR management position.
• Extensive experience in all Human Resources areas.
• Organizational Development.
• Labor relations.
• Compensation & Benefits.
• Knowledge of the Shingo Method applied to HR processes.

It’s a MUST: to have worked in a Directive role previously and must live or relocate to Mexicali, México.

Knowledge

• Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law.
• Knowledge of IMSS.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
