Description

We are actively looking for a Recruitment Supervisor who will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment of administrative talent to ensure the organization has the right profiles in a timely and efficient manner. This position requires experience in the automotive industry, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology
• Advanced English language level
• At least 3 years managing recruitment of administrative and operational personnel
• Experience with manufacturing/maquiladora companies

ACTIVITIES

• Recruitment full cycle of administrative positions
• Create talent attraction strategies
• Onboarding of the new employee
• Collaborate with head of departments to ensure the correct recruitment according to the needs of the profiles
• Ensure the alignment of the selection process with the organization's values and culture
• Implement improvements in recruitment processes based on metrics and market trends
• Manage the approvals of the open positions and maintain a tracking and control file
• Ensure the correct employee's file
• Support with intern recruitment
