Bachelor’s degree in administration, human resources or related
English language fluency
Minimum of two years of human resources related experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Desirable experience in the construction or energy industry
Soft skills related to organization, a service attitude and attention to detail
RESPONSABILITIES:
Coordinate the sourcing and recruitment of hourly and salary positions, via reviewing all resumes received, filtering them, and conducting pre-screening interviews.
Organization and attendance at different job fairs.
Conduct background checks.
Support in the implementation of new processes in the talent attraction department, like the employee referral program.
Responsible for executing, supporting, and enforcing the Company's Environmental, Health and Safety program as required by OIS policy, directives, and principles.
