Job Description
We are looking for talents for our Vallejo Plant for the position of:

Recruiter

Administrative position.

Start date: As soon as possible.
Location: Vallejo
Work schedule: Full-time with flexible working hours.

Profile: Professional experience as HR in Plant as specialist and knowledge in Recruitment.

Qualifications: Previous experience in recruiting.

Scope of the role:

  • Facilitate and complete various tasks during all Recruitment phases.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify and write detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on available role, industry standards, and organizational needs.
  • In charge of the recruitment process from start to finish for inexperienced positions and professional practices, including attracting and searching for candidates.
  • Guarantee adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
  • Provide innovative and scalable solutions to drive our hiring to meet P&G's strategic objectives.
  • Serve as a strategic recruiter/talent advisor by actively building a positive relationship with business leaders.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies and ensure a high-touch experience for candidates.

Job Qualifications:

  • +3 years' experience working as Technical recruitment or Plant recruitment.
  • English not required.
  • Bachelor's degree.
