We are looking for a Recruiter specialized in administrative roles, responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates for key administrative positions. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, along with recruitment experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for administrative roles, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding the selected candidate.
  • Post job openings on various job boards and recruiting platforms.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and administer assessments or psychometric tests when applicable.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up throughout the selection process.
  • Maintain and update a database of potential candidates.
  • Communicate regularly with department leaders to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment support.
  • Assist with onboarding activities and provide support during the new hire’s integration period.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in the Recruitment area
  • Fluent English Level
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, competency-based interviews, and talent sourcing platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Excel and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
