We are looking for a Recruiter specialized in administrative roles, responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates for key administrative positions. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, along with recruitment experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for administrative roles, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding the selected candidate.
Post job openings on various job boards and recruiting platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and administer assessments or psychometric tests when applicable.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up throughout the selection process.
Maintain and update a database of potential candidates.
Communicate regularly with department leaders to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment support.
Assist with onboarding activities and provide support during the new hire’s integration period.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
1 to 3 years of experience in the Recruitment area
Fluent English Level
Familiarity with recruitment tools, competency-based interviews, and talent sourcing platforms.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
Proficiency in Excel and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
