We are looking for a resourceful and results-oriented Executive Assistant to support the President in streamlining operations, driving team goals, and keeping the business on track. Responsibilities:

  1. Efficiency Building: Develop and refine workflows, process charts, and documentation to improve operational efficiency.
  2. Organizational Strategy: Collaborate on setting, tracking, and achieving team goals aligned with business objectives.
  3. Calendar & Task Management: Manage the President’s schedule and prioritize appointments to ensure deadlines and critical tasks are met.
  4. Project Coordination: Oversee projects, maintain timelines, and ensure seamless communication and progress across teams.
  5. Team Communication: Act as a bridge between the President and team members, providing clarity, structure, and follow-through.
  6. Strategic Support: Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to keep the company proactive and prepared.
  7. Documentation & Data Management: Maintain and organize key documents, ensuring quick access and streamlined reporting.
  8. High-Level Support: Anticipate the President’s needs, prioritize responsibilities, and handle sensitive tasks with discretion.

Qualifications:

  1. Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills
  2. Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Multiple Listing Service
  3. Prior experience in real estate is a bonus
  4. High school diploma or equivalent required
  5. 2-3 years experience providing administrative support in a personal assistant role, or similar
  6. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
