Your Role

• Develops new formulas, solutions, processes and products within an agreed timeframe.
• Executes and manages projects and resources to meet planned objectives.
• Ensures compliance with standards, policies, procedures, manages the lab and innovation process.
• Provides technical support services to Manufacturing and Quality as required.
• Executes process developments to support cross-functional teams to achieve completion of new technology products consistent with strategic objectives.

YOUR SKILLS

• +3 years of experience working formulation in the laboratory (Beauty Care/Skin Care preferably)
• Knowledge of the formula development and implementation process.
• Project management skills.
• Ability to translate technical information to non-technical audiences. Good verbal and written communication skills, as well as computational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and track tasks.
• Teamwork and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacobiologist Chemist or similar.
• Advanced English proficiency.
