Job Description

Develop and apply quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct periodic audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Coordinate the Quality data analysis and create Quality reports.
• Implement improvements and corrective actions to ensure the Quality standards.
• Ensure the accomplishment of the processes and Quality policies.
• Support all activities to obtain and maintain the Quality certification ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
• Participate in third-party certification audits, Customer audits and corrective actions response in time and manner.
• Communicate with Customers and attend to Customer portals, responding to Quality issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure the closure of corrective actions from external claims, internal and external audits.
• Develop and support all product audits, internal audits as parts of the Quality system.
• Work with all departments to ensure adherence to SOCO’s system and NC’s closure.
• Continuously work to establish and improve the Internal Quality system (procedures, work instructions, forms, etc.).
• Promote the Quality Culture supporting all activities related to the use and deployment of the 14 principles.
• Oversee costs associated with external sorting companies (control and monitor the associates).
• Lead and participate in workshops for the improvement of the Quality system.
• Establish procedures to ensure quality in all departments and activities performed within the areas.
• Participate in the definition of key indicators of Quality and follow up on KPIs for continuous improvement of processes.
• Engage in Root Cause Analysis related to Quality system nonconformities.

Perform follow-up analysis of the process Quality of their processes.

Qualifications

Education: Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Similar.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a relevant field.

Desired: Green Belt training.

Core Tools: APQP, PPAP process, MSA, SPC, PFMEA, control plan.

Skills: Problem solving, 8D’s, QRQC, and strong organizational skills.
