Description

1. Perform the evaluation of supplier’s parts within the different commodities.
2. Ensure and assess the acceptance of supplied parts quality according to the standards through inspections, audits, etc.
3. Create entries for non-conforming material inside the system and validate quality incidents from other plants that could affect.
4. Gather data through statistical measurements for failures, defects, quality issues, etc.
5. Define and implement robust containment actions when flaw or defect parts are identified.
6. Coordinate activities for sorting and/or reworks with approved work instructions.
7. Execute actions for problem solving through different tools and deploy effective corrective actions.
8. Perform all activities aligned with the tickets scope and KPI’s targets.
9. Participate actively in regular meetings and provide status to top management.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related.
2. 3+ years of experience inside the Automotive Industry with knowledge in quality, quality systems, quality assurance, manufacturing (exterior, interior, electronics and/or powertrain) and/or similar positions.
3. Experience with product/process audits according to international standards (VDA, IATF16949 and/or ISO 9001).
4. Good knowledge of Non-conforming processes and material management.
5. Good knowledge of quality processes, quality tools and GD&T (is a plus).
6. Certified Quality auditor under ISO 19011 (desirable).
7. Handling of KPIs and reporting.
8. Gathering of technical information, lessons learnt, concepts and customer requirements.
9. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (lean manufacturing).
10. Fluent English.
11. Available to rotate shifts.
