Your role and responsibilities

A Quality Engineer with expertise in Automation specializes in creating and maintaining automated testing solutions for IT systems and applications. They possess in-depth knowledge of various test automation tools and technologies, using them to build optimized test scenarios, develop automation for executing tests, and manage test data and environment-related automation. This role requires understanding and integrating testing automation into overall delivery automation, aligning with contemporary trends like Agile, DevOps, and Containers. In summary, a Quality Engineer-Automation is a skilled professional who streamlines testing processes through automation, ensuring efficient and reliable software delivery.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Possess expertise in core testing, technical testing, and business processes, executing various levels of testing primarily through manual methods.
• Experience automation test scenarios using Selenium.
• Experience with different testing types, such as functional, system integration, and end-to-end testing methods.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with agile development practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
