Project Manager Scrum Master

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager with proven Scrum Master experience to lead and deliver software development projects using Agile and hybrid methodologies. The ideal candidate has experience managing cross-functional teams of 10 or more, is excellent at project tracking and reporting, and is proactive in addressing team issues and priorities. A technical background—especially with C#, Azure, or cloud deployments—is a nice to have.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating key Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews)
• Manage end-to-end project delivery across Agile and hybrid project lifecycles
• Track timelines, risks, deliverables, and dependencies with attention to detail
• Maintain accurate and timely project reporting for stakeholders
• Collaborate with development teams, QA, product owners, and leadership
• Drive prioritization and resolve blockers to ensure successful outcomes
• Encourage continuous improvement and Agile best practices within the team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or Business)
• 5+ years of experience in project management
• 3+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Demonstrated experience managing software development teams of 10+ people
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Bitbucket, Aha

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Exposure to or understanding of C#, Azure, and cloud-based architectures
• Experience working in hybrid development environments (Agile + Waterfall)
• Technical acumen or background in software development
• Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices

Professional Certifications (Preferred)

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI-ACP
