Where you’ll work:

Tijuana Plant | On site

What you’ll do:

1. Responsible for Planning, Execution, Monitor, Control and Closure of the project assigned, following AS100.
2. Define in conjunction with regional team the key target dates and milestones.
3. Lead and represent the plant in the CFT's and BUs.
4. Ensure communication between BU, Plant and the RPDG in regards to engineering changes.
5. Review and approve demand/capacity for the project assigned in conjunction with plan operations team and help the regional team to determine availability.
6. Oversee the financial aspects and monitor expenses to be under budget for the project.
7. Coordinate with the project quality engineer, customer visits and audits for the project assigned.

What is required:

1. Engineering Bachelor Degree (in related to Electrical, Electronic, Industrial, and/or Mechanical disciplines).
2. Advanced English skills is a MUST.
3. 2-5 years of experience in: Project Management, Supervisory position & NPI.
4. Experience in Automotive Industry is highly desired.
