Tijuana Plant | On site
What you’ll do:
- Responsible for Planning, Execution, Monitor, Control and Closure of the project assigned, following AS100.
- Define in conjunction with regional team the key target dates and milestones.
- Lead and represent the plant in the CFT's and BUs.
- Ensure communication between BU, Plant and the RPDG in regards to engineering changes.
- Review and approve demand/capacity for the project assigned in conjunction with plan operations team and help the regional team to determine availability.
- Oversee the financial aspects and monitor expenses to be under budget for the project.
- Coordinate with the project quality engineer, customer visits and audits for the project assigned.
What is required:
- Engineering Bachelor Degree (in related to Electrical, Electronic, Industrial, and/or Mechanical disciplines).
- Advanced English skills is a MUST.
- 2-5 years of experience in: Project Management, Supervisory position & NPI.
- Experience in Automotive Industry is highly desired.
