Job Purpose:

In this position you will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of Warehouse Management Systems across various facilities. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and delivering solutions that enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.

Key responsibilities:

• Project Planning:Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget estimates for WMS implementations.
• Stakeholder Management:Liaise with stakeholders, including warehouse staff, IT teams, and vendors, to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals.
• Execution and Monitoring:Oversee the execution of implementation projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets. Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Risk Management:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges that may arise during the implementation process.
• Training and Support:Coordinate training sessions for warehouse staff on the new implementations and provide ongoing support during and after the implementation phase.
• Documentation:Maintain thorough documentation of project progress, decisions made, and lessons learned for future reference.
• Performance Metrics:Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the implementations.

Who we are looking for:

• Proven experience in project management, in similar systems implementations. Experience in logistics or supply chain environments is preferred.
• Advanced English.
• Experience and availability to work with regional teams in different time zones.
• Experience working with multiple projects at one time.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and WMS technologies.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Certifications (optional but preferred): Project Management Professional (PMP)/ Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
