Job Title: Project Engineer

You will report to: Engineering Manager in Mexico
Work model: Remote

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to customers and colleagues in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Rockwell automation products and solutions.
2. Install and configure Rockwell automation equipment and systems in industrial environments, ensuring they function and meet customer specifications.
3. Resolve technical issues in automation systems, using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques to minimize downtime and maintain equipment operation.
4. Provide technical training to customers and colleagues on properly using Rockwell's automation products and solutions, and maintenance and troubleshooting best practices.
5. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure the delivery of automation projects.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Automotive, electrical, mechanical, or related engineering or related field.
2. 1 year of experience in a similar position.
3. Knowledge of Rockwell Automation products.
4. Intermediate English proficiency.
5. Your work will involve 80% travel, so travel availability is required.

Typically working as a member of a project team led by a more senior Engineer. Participates in detailed system implementation and startup, following detailed specification documents or work instruction documents.
