Define program objectives and success metrics.
• Align the program with the organization’s strategic goals.
• Develop a roadmap and high-level plans for delivering value over time.
• Communicate with stakeholders at all levels (executives, clients, team leads).
• Manage expectations and ensure alignment across the organization.
• Serve as the point of contact for program-related matters.
• Oversee multiple projects within the program.
• Ensure projects are progressing on time, on budget, and within scope.
• Resolve dependencies and conflicts between projects.
• Coordinate resources across projects.
• Balance priorities and optimize resource allocation.
• Identify and fill skill gaps or resource needs.
• Identify risks across the program and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor risk levels and respond proactively.
• Make sure the invoices to clients are sent on time and according to contract.
• Track overall program progress and performance.
• Provide status reports to leadership.
Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in program management.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• US Visa.
• Proven stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques, tools, and methods.
