Internal Candidate Reminders:

1) Notify Your Supervisor - Prior to applying, employee must notify their current supervisor or local HR Manager/Generalist.

2) Career Profile - Prior to applying to a role, employee must complete their Career Profile in Workday.

3) 90 Days - Employee must complete their 90-day introductory period with Niagara AND be 90-days free of corrective action in order to apply to a new role.

4) Performance Review - If employee has worked for Niagara long enough to participate in a performance review, they must have received “Achieves Expectations” or above, in most current performance review to apply.

The Professional Development Program (PDP) focuses on developing recent college graduates into high performing team members equipped with the skills and broad business knowledge to become future Niagara leaders.

Our goal is to develop recent college graduates into high-performing Specialists and our future leaders by rotating for 2 years in different areas such as Finance, Human Resources, Sales, Supply Chain, IT and Manufacturing so you can get to know the entire business!

No prior experience is required, just passion and willingness to learn!

What do you need to be part of the program?

• Recent graduates from Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Advanced English.
• Interest in rotating different functions or activities from any of the following areas: Finance, Human Resources, Sales, Supply Chain, IT and Manufacturing.
• Full-time availability (Hybrid work model).
