Production Supervisor

Job Overview: Responsible for supervising associates to accomplish department and organizational objectives. Encourages continual growth in associates regarding business knowledge and facilitates continuous improvements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides direction, support, and resources to individuals and teams.
• Communicates company policies and objectives and fosters two-way communication.
• Ensures individuals and teams meet customer requirements and expectations.
• Establishes and maintains effective communication.
• Supports company policies and objectives and promotes a union-free environment.
• Communicates to customers any changes made in the planning and/or commitments related to present open orders.
• Schedules all present priorities to the shop floor associates and follows up through completion.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years of combined supervisory experience in the present line of work.
