Qualifications

You will be part of the Marketing team and will support Crop Protection Business. Through the values Passion for Customers, How Matters and Long View you will live and experience more of this position.

Here is how this role will be critical to our business:

1. Develop Strategy and shape product Portfolio for a given set of crops/geography to meet customer segment needs
2. Define local target Product Profile, leading product decisions including market positioning and overall product life cycle management including portfolio shape.
3. Planning trials: define the standard varieties, trial seeds allocation and standard key traits for evaluation of the PLC 6 trials
4. Inputs Seeds Production needs of PLC 5 to 6 & 6 to 7 for the territory
5. Consolidates CU or Territory Trial reports (PLC6) to support advancement decision and promotional activities
6. Define and drive New Product Introduction (NPI) strategy and plans with the customer experience campaigns
7. Drive variety naming and activate registration/ IP protecting including trials
8. Assess value traits & positioning, proposing pricing
9. Provide strategic inputs to RCL by maintaining an in depth understanding of the changing market trends, values, value chain needs including competitors landscape
10. Update Customer needs and preferences, to support analysis of portfolio health, update of TPP and prioritize segments/target/market scope
11. Give technical support to key producers

It is indispensable for this position:

1. Professional graduated of: Agronomy or related.
2. Advanced English level
3. Experience in vegetable business
4. Proven experience in the design and execution of portfolio strategies
5. Experience with digital personalization
