POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:
As Product Specialist-III, you will play a critical part in driving the success of our products, taking ownership of the product lifecycle from inception to delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, gather customer insights, and make data-driven decisions to shape the product roadmap.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Lead and own the product roadmap for a product and improve the end-to-end customer and distributor impact.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Understand your customers and their pain points; work with your stakeholders to find solutions that help them enable their scenarios. Translate customer requirements into actionable product features and specifications.
- Formulate product vision and strategy, define and prioritize road maps, define and drive the user stories.
- Partner with WW business, UX, Engineering, product/program teams on defining, designing, and delivering high-quality products.
- Engage with teams across evangelize the product penetration and address use cases.
- Identify, assess and mitigate risks for your product, provide escalation management.
- Drive go-to-market strategies, collaborating with marketing and sales teams for successful product launches.
- Identify and monitor KPIs of projects pre and post-production and report the findings.

Job Qualifications
Skills Required:
- Exceptional communication skills, with ability to collaborate with engineers, data scientists, data analysts, and functional stakeholders; proven ability to provide the voice of the customer.
- Solid understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong critical thinking skills and a strategic approach to problem-solving.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Good understanding of technical concepts and the ability to work with Engineering teams.
- Ability to lead requirements gathering, story mapping, and running requirements workshops with strategic stakeholders.
- Ability to influence and align relevant stakeholders.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of work experience in product or program management, product marketing, and digital products.
- 2+ years working experience in Scrum and Agile SDLC models.
- Experience writing and managing user stories with product management tools like Jira/AzureDevOps.
- Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
Education Required:
- Bachelor's in computer science or equivalent.
Preferred:
- MBA.
