Your role at Clorox:

Become a Product Data Planner Analyst for our operation in LATAM and be central to our new item setup process! This role is critical for managing Clorox's data and financial assets, ultimately driving business success. You'll gain a comprehensive view of the end-to-end supply chain and contribute to the development of the PDP function in our LATAM business unit.

In this role, you will:

  1. Manage the setup process for new products, ensuring accurate and timely data entry across systems for all new items launched in Latin American markets.
  2. Partner closely with teams in Foreign Trade, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics and Finance to gather essential information and complete new item setup.
  3. Serve as a communication hub for updates, status checks, and any issues related to the product setup process with LATAM Project managers.
  4. Coordinate with Clorox’s regional teams to align with company standards and ensure compliance with local regulations across Latin America.
  5. Lead multiple end to end Workflows for SAP ECC for raw materials, packaging, work-in-progress (WIP’s), finished goods and BOM’s (Bill of Materials).
  6. Navigate PLM, SAP ECC and STIBO systems to validate and maintain data elements across systems ensuring accuracy, consistency and conformance to data standards.
  7. Identify and resolve stuck and slow moving workflows.
  8. Responsibility for attending scoping calls and coordinating set-up activities for all assigned projects and materials.
  9. Understand supply chain networks across LATAM BU (Mexico, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, Peru and Chile countries) for system set-up.

What we look for:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering (or related field) or equivalent CPG industry experience. Advanced English level.
  2. Experience utilizing SAP or other ERP systems for data management.
  3. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook), with advanced Excel skills.
  4. Expertise in Power BI for data visualization and analysis.
  5. Strong customer service orientation. Excellent planning and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
  6. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  7. Highly motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
