JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manufacturing process continuous improvement, continually challenging the results obtained on KPIs.
Strong communication of the performance of KPIs with the personnel involved at the manufacturing processes.
Optimization of flow material, personnel, cycle times, and transport, covering the safety standards established in the plant.
Development and implementation of projects focused on optimizing costs and resources.
Projects implementation and use of tools and methodologies focused on continuous improvement.
Key role for implementation of NPIs, ECs, and vertical integration projects.
Collaborate with the Safety program and promote ideas to improve ergonomics.
Document and keep up to date manufacturing processes, maintain matrix, and provide required training.
Document and keep up to date manufactured products standard time.
Roster and headcount budget management.
Responsible for carrying out daily activities while ensuring the safety and integrity of the entire staff, using tools such as the 7 habits of highly effective people and Emotional Intelligence.
Responsible for fulfilling daily with all the established criteria and adopting a culture of order and cleanliness according to the 20 keys culture.
Responsible for their decisions and actions that successfully contribute to our Quality Policy. Their decisions and actions should promote a culture of continuous improvement in the organization, aiming to exceed client expectations and provide products and services of excellent quality.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor.
Foreign language: English (Conversational and written).
PREFERENT/OPTIONAL:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electric Engineering.
Six Sigma and statistical knowledge.
PFMEA.
Lean Manufacturing, KANBAN, JITS, and Poka-Yoke knowledge.
AutoCAD and simulation software.
Strong communication skills.
