Private equity/credit firm, based in Houston, Texas and Mexico City, led by a group of Harvard, Princeton, and Georgetown alumni executives, with more than 25 years of investment experience in Mexico, the US, and other emerging markets.
Supports companies and entrepreneurs in transformational stages such as acquisitions, high-growth projects, or buying out an existing shareholder. The investment size ranges from USD$5 million to USD$35 million in the form of structured credit. Currently expects to invest around USD$100 million annually in Mexico.

Seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. In addition to strong analytical and quantitative skills, the successful candidate should have strong communication skills, a demonstrated ability to write effectively, and a strong ability to find solutions individually, as well as to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We are looking for hungry, smart, curious, and driven individuals with strong interpersonal skills and good analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct industry research to identify and evaluate potential investment targets.
• Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including financial modeling, to assess the viability of investment opportunities.
• Assist in the due diligence process and analyze the findings to support informed investment decisions.
• Elaborate investment memorandums and presentations for the investment committee's review.
• Support the deal execution process, assisting in the review of closing documents.
• Collaborate with the team to monitor and evaluate the performance of existing portfolio companies.

Perfil buscado

Qualifications

• Have a bachelor's degree from a top-tier university, ideally in a quantitative discipline (Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, etc.).
• Have 1-2 years of relevant work experience in investment banking, private equity, private credit, or corporate finance.
• Be fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to effectively communicate and conduct business in both languages.
• Be proficient in Excel, specifically in financial modeling.
• Be proficient in PowerPoint and Word.
• Full-time job.

Qué Ofrecemos

• Salary range: $35,000 - $45,000 gross salary + bonus + benefits.
