Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the testing activities.
• Design and develop test plans and test cases specific to electronic boards.
• Execute and supervise manual and automated tests.
• Identify, document, and track defects in the product.
• Collaborate with development and production teams to resolve issues.
• Support suppliers for the development and implementation of tests on equipment.
• Participate in design and manufacturing test processes.
• Ensure that products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Train and guide team members in testing procedures.
• Work on continuous improvement projects to improve FTT (First Time Through) and Cycle Time of test equipment.
• Implement new tests on existing equipment.
• Audit product test specifications on production lines.
