Your role at Vantive.

Covering this role, you'll plan, schedule and lead project assignments in the evaluation, selection and adaptation of various engineering techniques, procedures and criteria with minimal guidance. The role involves working with Cuernevaca Renal manufacturing site.

This is where you can display standard engineering principles to resolve difficult problems, from conception to final implementation with team input.

What You'll Be Doing

  • With minimal guidance, scope complex VIP projects in pre-approval phase through the building of respective business cases. This involves consulting with several cross functions to estimate savings, build overall project timelines and estimate all the resource, capital and operational expenditures required.
  • With minimal guidance, schedules and leads a team through the planning and execution of a smaller project or defined piece of a larger project. This includes constructing detailed, accurate project schedules, interfacing with development groups and technical support groups.
  • Monitor and report project costs including capital and cross-functional expenses.
  • Devises new approaches to complex problems through adaptations and modifications of standard technical principles. Utilize engineering tools (e.g., DMAIC, FMEA, DOE, Statistical Analysis, etc.).
  • Break down complex tasks into multiple simpler tasks.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Lead a team on assigned work.
  • Display a solid understanding of theories/practices utilized by other disciplines outside primary area of expertise.
  • Pro-actively communicate with management on courses of action with minimal assistance using both written and verbal methods.
  • Effectively operate in and may facilitate cross-functional teams with guidance.
  • Must be able to provide solutions that reflect understanding business objectives and cost implications.
What You'll Bring

  • Hold a Bachelor's in Engineering (Hons.)/ or Science.
  • 5 - 8 years related experience.
  • Experience specifically in technical management, project management and leadership.
  • Advanced English communication skills.
