Team Overview

We are looking for an execution-oriented person, with great data skills, to be part of one of the most amazing start-ups in the Food category across LATAM. As a Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing the strategic initiatives that will help us bring the best value proposition to our couriers. In this role, you will lead several projects in which you will need to interact and collaborate with cross-functional teams like Product, Supply Growth, Strategy & Planning, Marketing, among other teams. In addition, you will need to have a strong sense of ownership and excellent stakeholder management to align with our senior leadership on the different aspects that will be impacted by our pricing strategy.

Role Responsibilities

  • Drive our pricing strategy by designing and refining pricing structures and models that provide the best value proposition for couriers.
  • Define our regional budget allocation in the most efficient way, while ensuring it enables us to meet our targets of spend, growth, and experience.
  • Lead the pricing team to execute each of our strategic initiatives, while complying with our BAU operational requirements.
  • Align with all relevant stakeholders (e.g., Product, Operations, Growth) to integrate our pricing strategies with other initiatives aiming to achieve the company's objectives.
  • Conduct projects to enhance our internal processes and pricing mechanisms to drive scalability, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.
  • Present data-driven insights and business cases to our senior leadership, shaping the long-term pricing roadmap.

Role Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Seniority of 5+ years in business in total, with proven experience in operations or growth roles in tech, consulting firms, or a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of using data to drive business decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders from different business lines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel is a must (SQL and Python proficiency are a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced English level.
