Responsibilities

The Opportunity

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Presentation & Content Analyst to support our teams in developing high-quality presentations and communication materials. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design, excellent PowerPoint skills, and the ability to transform complex information into visually engaging presentations. The analyst will work closely with stakeholders, including senior leaders, to enhance presentation layouts, ensure brand consistency, and provide guidance on effective storytelling.

Your Impact

As Presentation & Content Analyst, your responsibilities would consist of:

• Create, edit, and refine PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences, ensuring clarity, consistency, and visual appeal.
• Assist in structuring and organizing content for presentations, ensuring messages are clear, concise, and aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain company branding guidelines across all presentation materials, ensuring a professional and cohesive look.
• Work with executives, managers, and teams to understand their needs and provide design support for presentations, town halls, reports, and other communication materials.
• Translate complex ideas and data into visually engaging graphics, charts, and slides that enhance audience understanding.
• Provide high-level recommendations on presentation structure, design, and storytelling, ensuring effectiveness without requiring overly detailed instructions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve presentation workflows, ensuring efficiency in the creation and delivery of materials.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field required.
• Minimum 1-3 years in presentation design, visual communications, marketing, or a similar role either internally or with a Top-Tier consulting firm.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including advanced formatting, animations, and template creation.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva) is a plus.
• The candidate selected for this position will be a self-motivated, high-energy individual who can easily function in a high demand, performance-driven environment. He/she must be accustomed to working on multiple tasks in parallel.
• This professional must be analytical and persuasive in their relationships and be able to gain and hold the respect of key stakeholders within the company.
• Problem-solving Orientation: Proven ability to troubleshoot issues, propose solutions, and implement enhancements to improve data quality and reporting efficiency.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
• Team Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
