What you will do

Objetivo: Brindar soporte al Programa Prosperidad, participando en el diseño e implementación de iniciativas que promuevan el compromiso, cultura y bienestar de la organización.

Actividades:

  • Iniciativas y eventos que promuevan el bienestar integral de los colaboradores, así como un ambiente laboral positivo en la organización.
  • Convenios empresariales en beneficio a los colaboradores.
  • Experiencias para mejorar la experiencia del colaborador.
  • Actividades de responsabilidad social, empresarial, donaciones etc...
  • Comunicación Interna, Boletín mensual, grupo de Facebook, tablero, diseño de comunicación.
  • NOM 035 Factor Wellbeing, ESR.

Escolaridad: Lic. en Comunicación, Administración de empresas, Psicología o a fin. (Recién egresado)
