The PR Coordinator for Guerlain is a creative, highly organized, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the PR, this role supports Guerlain's PR & Communications team in executing exciting and engaging experiences that align with the brand's core values. The Coordinator will work cross-functionally with internal teams (Marketing, Digital, Visual Merchandising) and an external PR agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Coordinate with the PR agency the monthly activation plan with graphic media, Friends of the House, KOE and strategic KOL according to the annual plan.
  2. Planning and execution of monthly launches: PR events, seeding, tactical activations in order to increase the SOV.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team in digital animations for each Retailer. Join forces in Trade activations to enhance the expected results.
  4. Support monthly traffic actions and identify opportunities for the Maroma SPA.
  5. Provide strategic analysis and reports for decision making in media, e-retail and PR.
  6. Follow up with the Media agency in the implementation and execution of the plan on the different platforms.
  7. Creation and adaptation of assets and translations for the different areas.
  8. Skill in the correct management of budget.

The most suitable person for this position will be an analytical individual with a focus on results. Able to use design and data-driven strategic thinking to identify opportunities, provide action-based recommendations to improve brand performance and increase brand awareness.

KEY FIGURES:

  1. DRP Report: Media Presence Ranking.
  2. Engagement with KOLs/media selected to work with.
  3. Media KPI’s.

KEY SKILLS:

  1. Graphic Design, Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
  3. Able to work independently.
  4. Ability to analyze and react quickly.
  5. Excellent attention to detail.
  6. Creative and determined.
  7. Hard worker, rigorous and strong organizational skills.
  8. Good communicator, both verbal and written.
  9. Strong operational skills.
  10. Fluent in English.
  11. Experience in InDesign and Photoshop or other equivalent design software.
  12. Google Analytics can be an advantage.
