About Us:

Our established plant in Mexico City, Rojo Gómez, specializes in an ETO (Engineer-to-Order) environment, where customization and innovation drive our success. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to lead our team and ensure operational excellence.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and Inspire: Motivate and guide a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Oversee Operations: Manage daily plant operations to meet production and quality goals.
• Drive Improvement: Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize processes and reduce costs.
• Ensure Safety: Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Manage Projects: Oversee ETO projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
• Build Relationships: Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure their satisfaction.
• Promote Sustainability: Advocate for sustainable practices in all plant operations.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 15 years in manufacturing plant management, preferably in an ETO environment.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
• Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English.
