Global company is seeking a Plant Manager to drive plant performance in Chihuahua who will drive overall operational performance, EHS and P&L ownership for the plant, including hands-on leadership.

1. Lead the plant's operations, including manufacturing, planning, and materials management.
2. Ensure compliance with KPIs in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Growth (SQDCG).
3. Implement continuous improvement and process optimization through Lean methodologies.
4. Manage financial performance by controlling budgets, costs, and profitability.
5. Promote safety and sustainability across all operations.

Perfil buscado

1. Experience in greenfield plant startups.
2. Solid Financial and Operational management experience to support demand/supply pipeline.
3. Bachelor's degree with 10+ years working in manufacturing.
4. 5+ years experience leading manufacturing teams with tangible results.
5. Advanced English Level.
