At Eni, we are looking for a Pipelines & Vessels Inspector to join Eni Mexico. You will be responsible for managing the preparation of the Inspection Plan, coordinating the development of analysis related to corrosion of lines, vessels, and equipment, and addressing the related mitigation actions.

Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate the preparation of the field inspection program using RBI methodologies.
- Oversee field inspections to ensure proper reporting of damage and related mitigation/corrective actions.
- Support the Maintenance and Asset Integrity department in evaluating, mitigating, and correcting corrosion issues.
- Continuously update the Company IDMS tool.
- Define monitoring strategies and coordinate the review of laboratory analysis.
- Prepare and review studies in corrosion control, including cathodic protection, water treatment, chemical inhibition, or material selection.
- Develop and review best practices on testing procedures and corrosion reports.
- Participate in HAZOP and HAZID review sessions, ensuring all issues are addressed.
- Assess feed composition changes and prepare solutions to ensure asset integrity.
- Ensure compliance with international standards and codes such as NACE, ASME, API, and ASTM, and inspection and corrosion standards such as API-571, API-580, API-570 and API-510.
Skills And Experience Required
- BS or MS degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or Corrosion Science.
- NACE Specialist Certification or NACE Senior Corrosion Technologist preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Oil/Gas Industry.
- Previous experience in field inspection activities.
- Proficiency in using Inspection Data Management Systems (IDMS) and CMMS tools (e.g., SAP).
- Knowledge of international standards and codes (NACE, ASME, API, ASTM).
- Familiarity with NDT technology and RBI methodology.
- Strong coordination skills and decision-making abilities.
- Intermediate level of English.
