Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of strong hands-on experience in web development.
• Proficiency in web programming languages (PHP, Python & NodeJS are a plus).
• Experience with modern web frameworks (Laravel is a plus).
• Experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL).
• Experience developing distributed applications on a cloud platform.
• Experience using LLMs or AI-assisted tools for coding efficiency.
• Experience with performance optimizations, including caching solutions, algorithm optimization, and benchmarking.
• Comfortable with version control (Git preferred).
• Experience with Docker and containerization technologies.

Bonus points:

• Experience with search engines (Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Typesense, or Algolia).
• Experience integrating large language models (LLMs) into software solutions, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted development workflows.

Additionally, candidates must have:

• Experience directly collaborating with stakeholders in planning and execution.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying root causes of problems in complex systems.
• Ability to independently learn and drive innovation.
• Goal-driven mindset, effectively managing feature scope and delivery timelines.
