About the Role
As the Performance Marketing & Customer Acquisition Manager, you will be at the forefront of our clients growth strategy, leading high-impact campaigns to acquire and retain customers for their credit card products. You will leverage data-driven insights, cutting-edge tools, and multi-channel strategies to optimize performance and drive measurable results.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute digital performance marketing strategies across paid search, social media, programmatic, and affiliate channels to drive credit card acquisitions.
- Manage and optimize end-to-end customer acquisition funnels, from awareness to conversion, ensuring maximum ROI and efficiency.
- Analyze campaign performance using advanced analytics tools, conduct A/B testing, and leverage insights to refine strategies.
- Own marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective spend allocation and achieving key performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and data teams, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Identify and test new marketing opportunities, channels, and partnerships to drive customer growth.
- Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Who You Are
- A performance marketing expert with a minimum of 3 years of experiencedriving digital customer acquisition, ideally within FinTech, financial services, or credit products.
- Data-driven and analytical, with deep experience using tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.
- Skilled in campaign optimization, marketing attribution models, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Experienced in managing and allocating marketing budgets to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of managing campaigns while driving innovation and experimentation.
- An excellent communicator, confident in presenting insights and recommendations to leadership teams.
Bonus Points for
- Experience in the credit card or lending sector within a FinTech environment.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar digital marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with SQL or data query tools to drive deep performance analysis.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
