• Participate in the implementation of payroll projects, ensuring high-quality and timely service delivery for payroll processing.
• Manage payroll incidents and discrepancies, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution.
• Maintain the employee database, ensuring that salary and pay information is up-to-date and accurate.
• Handle incoming inquiries and tickets based on the knowledge acquired during onboarding, on-the-job training, and knowledge sharing with colleagues.
• Review incoming cases through various communication channels to ensure completeness and proper handling.
• Apply the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards to daily activities.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities within the payroll processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
