Part-Time Social Media Assistant For a USA Finance Company (Remote)

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to support the team's growing online presence. In this role, you’ll be responsible for uploading video content (created by our full-time editor) to various platforms and managing community engagement. This role is ideal for someone who’s fluent in Spanish, understands social media trends, and is aligned with Latin American culture—Mexico-based candidates are especially encouraged to apply.

This is a part-time, remote role, requiring consistent availability to post content between 3 PM and 5 PM (Monday–Friday).

Key Responsibilities

1. Upload video content daily to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube following a consistent posting schedule.
2. Ensure proper formatting, captions, hashtags, and platform optimization for each post.
3. Manage and respond to comments across social media platforms to foster community engagement.
4. Collaborate with the editor and creator to ensure content is aligned with brand voice and audience preferences.
5. Monitor engagement and flag noteworthy interactions or feedback.

Minimum Requirements

1. Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written) – essential for clear communication and engagement.
2. Based in Latin America (preference for candidates in Mexico).
3. Experience managing uploads and basic community management on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Reliable internet connection and availability to post content daily between 3 PM and 5 PM (Monday–Friday).
6. A basic understanding of social media best practices and audience engagement.
