The Opportunity

Part of a Team which Supports Spending at the Region level. Indirect expenses and Capital spending are both increasing due to growth in the GTM business and new channel introductions.

Your Impact

As Order Processing Analyst, your functions would consist of:

• Prioritizing own time to complete work, identifying activity or task criticality and adjusting priorities when appropriate
• Recognizing the need for additional information, actively obtaining it, and using it to solve issues or problems to drive performance results
• Taking action to pursue an opportunity, address an issue, or prevent a problem to drive business performance
• Taking action or generating alternative solutions to resolve department level problems or situations
• Making recommendations about department opportunities and improvement areas
• Seeking out opportunities to improve team performance; takes appropriate action
• Influencing people within his/her own team
• Providing support on removing obstacles for their team on daily issues that might arise
• Successfully performing required technical tasks and understanding technical terminology and developments within area of expertise
• Leveraging own deep knowledge and skills within department systems and processes to deliver results

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering or similar field preferred

Experience

• Procurement or Accounts Payable process knowledge
• English fluency
• Solid computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Capital project experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management
• Purchasing systems knowledge (Oracle, Ariba, SAP) desirable
• Strong organizational skills
