Oracle Cloud HCM Lead

Responsibilities:

1. Gather business requirements, document them, perform fit-gap analysis, and map them to Oracle Cloud HCM application.
2. Configure Enterprise structures, Payroll, Benefits, and other foundational setups.
3. Configure self-service transactions, approval workflows, and notifications with the Area of Responsibility.
4. Work with Oracle HCM Security setup, including roles and security profiles.
5. Troubleshoot issues related to employment/person flow.
6. Utilize Oracle Search/Redwood Pages and personalize them using VBCS.
7. Configure Oracle Journeys based on business needs.

Requirements:

1. At least 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on Payroll and Benefits.
2. Experience in at least 3 end-to-end implementations and support projects.
3. Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM for Payroll and Benefits.
4. Ability to work with Oracle HCM Security setups.
5. Knowledge of Oracle Search/Redwood Pages and VBCS for personalizations.
6. Understanding of Oracle Journey configurations.

Languages:

1. Advanced Oral English.
2. Native Spanish.
